We will open with mediation to quiet our minds, Then connect with your body, spirit, and bring in a sense of peace. We will move through a series of poses to release tension and increase range of motion. Class will continue with more challenging standing poses to strengthen your body, find balance, and increase focus, flexibility, and awareness. We will close class with restorative yoga - props, such as blankets, blocks, bolsters and straps, are often used to support our body, this allows tension to be released released. This is a mixed level class, beginners are welcome. If you don’t have props you can find things in your home that can work too!!
