Melissa Huston
Marketing Analytics & Insights Consultant @Dell Technologies
I am currently a Marketing Analytics & Insights Consultant within the Dell Technologies Global Marketing organization. My current focus is digital analytics, but I have almost 20 years experience supporting Marketing Operations and Marketing Analytics in various capacities. I have designed and built data structures to support marketing reporting and analytics, built reports and dashboards and performed in depth data analysis. I have also had the opportunity to focus on different data areas within marketing including customer, campaigns, lead generation, attribution and digital.
Tiffany Graham
Behavioral Health Coach @AbleTo
I am a Behavioral Coach Advisor at AbleTo and Senior Stylist at Stitch Fix. I obtained a Bachelors in Psychology from the University of North Texas and a Masters of Arts in Clinical Mental health Counseling with an emphasis on systemic therapies from Sam Houston State University. I have worked in clinical settings in various capacities for the past 10 years with direct experience in conducting individual, group, marriage/family, and crisis intervention therapy services which is what led me to AbleTo. Starting out as a behavioral coach, I now have the opportunity to provide direct oversight to coaches in the network. My love and passion for fashion is undeniable and I’ve spent six years collectively in retail. When I am not supporting others in fulfilling their life goals, personal development, and fashion needs, I work as a contracted market researcher. The greatest role I play is the mother of two amazing daughters aged 15 and 5 who are naturally my glam models and spark to my flame!
Dylan McDonald
Software Engineer @Network Ninja
