In these five days of classes, Jocelyne will take you through the progressive steps of the Metta, or Loving Kindness, meditation practice. You do not have to do all five days if you wish to just drop-in to the classes as it suits your schedule.
The structure of the class will be a 10-15 minute introduction followed by a 30-minute guided meditation. Jocelyne will stay on Zoom for an extra fifteen minutes after the meditation is over to answer questions. We look forward to seeing you!
