Mental Health First Aid at Work is a 6-to-8-hour course that gives you and other managers in your company real tools for dealing with employees who have mental health or substance misuse issues - including those at risk for suicide.
The course trains you and your team how to:
** Recognize signs that someone is struggling with a mental health or substance misuse challenge
** Reach out to that struggling someone in a supportive way
** Connect a distressed person with resources in accordance with your own company policies
