Content is focused on adding value as we share information on the core concepts and approaches within the Positive Living Skills initiative and how it is being implemented. We also share how Early Learning Services and Primary Schools are leading a culture of mental wellbeing in their communities, and what we believe are the 10 Essential elements to achieving this.

Jo has an extensive background in Human Resources, Management, Leadership Development, and People and Business Development. She is also an experienced Counsellor, Life Coach, NLP Practitioner, and a competent and effective Facilitator and Trainer in the areas of personal and professional development, stress management and life balance, leadership skills, communication and the customer experience. After overcoming her own personal challenges Jo joined forces with founder Cath Shaw and together with the PLS team, Jo is extremely determined and committed to being a proactive contributor to enhancing mental wellbeing in Early Childhood Education and Care communities and Primary School communities by bringing these preventative positive living skills to children, students, educators, teachers and families.
