Labor and Pushing Prep
Is your due date on the horizon? It's an exciting time and also the perfect one to start prepping your body for labor. In this 60-minute session we'll take you through:

The anatomy of the pelvis
Breath work through contractions and pushing
Muscles of the pelvic floor
The pushing position and how to push effectively
Exercises and stretches to prepare and assist you at home and at the hospital

This will give birthing women and partners a better understanding of how to use their breath and body positioning to ease more comfortably and confidently through labor and delivery. You'll walk away with a better understanding of the optimal way to breathe along with pushing and positions that can lead to better efficiency.
