Carolina Cromeyer-Dieke

Carolina is a highly motivated multilingual IT leader with expertise in large scale, complex, and high-profile digital transformation programs. Throughout her career, Carolina has advised senior clients and C-level executives, built high-performing global teams, and led small to large-scale digital programs for Fortune Global 500 Companies in different industries, including Life Sciences, Management Consulting, and Hospitality. Carolina co-founded and co-led the Latino Affinity Group in Slalom Boston in 2018 and is passionate about empowering the Latino community in the workplace. Carolina was born and raised in San Jose, Costa Rica and has worked in Costa Rica, New York, Boston, and most recently Miami. Carolina completed her undergraduate studies at Boston University and is now an Executive MBA candidate at Columbia Business School. Carolina loves spending time with her family and her husband, traveling, and exercising.
Lizette Vazquez
Principal (Salesforce) @Slalom
Lizette Vazquez is an example of someone who originally did not start her career in technology but worked hard to learn and become an expert in her field. Lizette grew up in Puerto Rico and lived there until she went away for college. She holds a B.A. in Communications Management from the University of Dayton. Her background in public relations, marketing and sales operations give her a unique perspective when working with client’s business challenges. With over 15 years’ experience, she is now a Principal at Slalom’s Florida Salesforce practice. She has worked with a variety of different clients in the pharmaceutical, hospitality, transportation, financial, manufacturing, medical devices, and insurance industries. Lizette also co-leads the Slalom Latin/Hispanic and the Disability, Neurodiversity, and Mental Health Employee Resource Groups (ERG.)
Sara Meseguer
Senior Delivery Principal (Delivery Effectiveness) @Slalom
Sara Meseguer is an energetic and thoughtful leader providing Strategy and Business Transformation Consulting services across a wide range of industries including Life Science, Technology, Retail to mention a few, with an emphasis in Financial Services. She is passionate about helping companies to evolve and transform their business and deliver innovative customer-centric solutions. Sara has built multi-functional high performing teams and has led strategic programs across global locations in the US, Asia and Europe. Sara also leads the FSI Community of Practice at Slalom Boston and was the co-founder of the LatinX Affinity group and former co-lead of the Women Leadership Network at Slalom Boston. Sara grew up in Spain and has studied and worked in multiple countries in Europe and the US. She holds a Master in Communications Engineering from Technical University of Madrid (Spain), a M.Sc. in Innovative Communication Technologies and Entrepreneurship from Aalborg University (Denmark).
Mariana Garcia
Senior Consultant (Data & Analytics) @Slalom
Mariana Garcia is a senior consultant, data scientist, and product manager who helps clients design and implement advanced analytics products that improve customer experience and operations in an agile way. She believes that the key to success for her clients lies in the intersection between strategic planning and data analytics. She has worked with a variety of clients in different industries and sectors including Financial Services, Hospitality/Tourism, and the public sector. Her technical experience includes data engineering, machine learning, and data visualization, and she works closely with clients and stakeholders to develop products that align with their strategic objectives. Mariana holds a M.A. in Applied Economics from Johns Hopkins, and a B.A. in Applied Economics from Florida International University. When she’s not coding, Mariana can be found outdoors enjoying Miami with her puppy (Leila) and her husband (Chris).
