Leveraging EHR-integrated telehealth tools to support improved patient, physician, and care team experience with virtual care
Offering technical support to patients is essential to ensure a smooth, un-interrupted, virtual care experience. However, contacting all patients in advance can be time consuming for clinical and front desk staff and at times unnecessary for patients that are tech-savvy.
