Please join the Partnership to Empower Physician-Led Care, Families USA and the National Academy for State Health Policy to discuss future priorities for increasing competition among health care providers. While provider consolidation was occurring well before the COVID-19 pandemic, it is expected to accelerate as a result of the significant financial pressures created by the public health crisis. We will discuss state and federal options for maintaining and encouraging greater competition among providers, as well as actions that have already been taken to discourage anti-competitive behavior.
