1. The Constitution Hill Debating League (CHDL) is a schools’ competition with a proud history of consistently giving the youth a platform to speak about salient matters, particularly those of constitutional concern. In this year’s rendition of the tournament, we take a deep dive into specific human rights issues that have been pressed by the pandemic and learners comprehensively unpack, reflect, ideate and present their cases in front of a panel of esteemed adjudicators.
