Gemma Cassidy
Mental Health and Wellbeing Lead @BAPO
Gemma qualified in P+O at the University of Salford in 2004. She has worked as an Orthotist for NHS trusts and private companies seeing patients in the public and private sector. Gemma gained her Diploma in Hypnotherapy and Advanced Psychotherapy in 2011. She has found the skills gained from these have not only improved relationships in her personal life but also helped to improve communication skills with clients and team members in the professional setting. Gemma originally planned to go into a career purely involving mental health but she has found her interest lies within both Orthotics and Health Psychology.
