Clare O’Keeffe from Succession Ireland will speak on how using a mediator can help farming families put together a successful succession plan in place.
Emma Fogarty Teagasc Solicitor will speak of the importance of writing a will and the role of executors.

13th October 2021
Deborah Dwyer is from North Leinster Citizens Information Service (Westmeath, Longford, Kildare, Meath & Louth) and is the manager for Westmeath Service Area. Deborah will make two presentation, firstly looking at the Nursing Home Support Scheme (Fair Deal) and secondly she will discuss the state Pensions (contributory and non-contributory).
