Influence with Integrity
Influencing others in positive ways is one of the foundational skills for increasing individuals’ effectiveness as well as enhancing team and organizational performance. Leaders with high skill in influencing others with integrity use a mix of techniques to achieve better results, expand trust-based relationships, and accomplish desired outcomes. This program is designed to help individuals understand the language of influence, learn the variety of influence strategies and techniques, and explore the different power sources (both personal and organizational) that impact our ability to successfully influence others in positive ways.

Participants in the Influencing With Integrity program will learn how to:

➢ Recognize the various influence strategies and techniques that effective leaders use
➢ Build skill to employ a mix of influencing strategies and techniques essential in building a skilled, flexible, and motivated work force
➢ Acknowledge a variety of contexts and apply the techniques proven most successful in influencing upward, downward, and laterally
