Donna King
Parking Ambassador @Paso Robles Police Department
Donna King was born in San Jose, CA and moved to Paso Robles in 1996. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Columbia College. She was hired by Paso Robles Police Department as a police dispatcher in 2008. She has worked several assignments since starting her career with PRPD and is currently the Parking Ambassador for the police department. As the Parking Ambassador, she has successfully worked to launch a parking management plan in Downtown Paso Robles. She has won the 2019 CPPA Wayne Dalton Award.
Caleb Davis
Commander @Paso Robles Police Department
Commander Caleb Davis has been in law enforcement for 14 years and has been a member of the Paso Robles Police Department for 18 months. One of the duties within Commander Davis’s control is the time and paid parking program that was recently started in the City of Paso Robles. Commander Davis has Bachelor’s degree from California State University, Long Beach and a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Walden University.
Sarah Johnson-Rios
Assistant City Manager @City of Paso Robles
Sarah Johnson-Rios was appointed to Assistant City Manager for the City of Paso Robles in June 2019 after working with the cities of Raleigh, NC and Santa Monica, CA. Sarah received her Master of Public and International Affairs degree, with a focus in Domestic and Urban Policy, from the Woodrow Wilson School at Princeton University. She was awarded a Fulbright Scholarship to study cross-border policy issues and public administration in Tijuana, Mexico
