2021 OPHI Symposium "Sustaining Our Ecosystems and Connections to the Outdoors".
Please join us for our 2021 biennial Ohio Pollinator Habitat Symposium. We are very excited to present our keynote speaker Harvey Webster who will enlighten us and remind us about why it’s important to continue to educate each other about connecting with nature. We will also have many talks about the creation and sustainability of pollinator habitat as well as the connections between nature and a sustainable healthy food supply. I encourage you to join us so we can continue to work across the state building partnerships that will provide beneficial habitat for pollinators, birds, wildlife and human kind.
This year’s symposium is free and will be presented as prerecorded talks available to view August 1st on the Ohio Pollinator Habitat Initiative YouTube page. We will present a live key note address by Harvey Webster "Cross Pollinations: Reflections, Rants and Ruminations from a Life in Natural History", and then hold a Q and A session from 1-3 pm covering the prerecorded presentations and videos. We are looking forward to your questions and participation!
