Washington Performing Arts: Then and Now - Milestone Celebration
You're invited!

2020/21 marks a special milestone year for Washington Performing Arts. In addition to launching our first virtual season, our impactful education and gospel music programs are celebrating new chapters—the annual Joseph & Goldie Feder Memorial String Competition turns 50 this year and the Washington Performing Arts Men & Women of the Gospel Choir commemorates its 30th anniversary.

Join Doug Wheeler, President Emeritus, and Jenny Bilfield, President & CEO, for a special event to reflect and celebrate Washington Performing Arts’s five decades of resilience and creativity. As part of the celebration, we’ll hear Doug and Jenny recount memorable Washington Performing Arts stories, get an update on upcoming plans for the 2021/22 season, and raise a toast to all the Friends and supporters who stood by us through both the challenges of the past year and the many high points of artistry and community that we enjoyed in new online dimensions.
