Challenging Perceptions: Media's Impact on Workplace Partnerships
White Men as Full Diversity Partners is proud to feature Jean Kilbourne - an expert in media literacy - on a panel alongside WMFDP senior consultants Peggy Nagae and Moe Carrick.

Jean Kilbourne pioneered the study of women in advertising in the late 1960s and continues to explore the social impact of advertising. Segments from her documentary film "Killing Us Softly: Advertising's Image of Women" are used in WMFDP's programs to demonstrate the impact of the objectification of women in every day interactions.

By combining the experience of WMFDP consultants with Kilbourne’s research, we will have a thought-provoking conversation about how the objectification of women affects workplace dynamics and what we can all do to build better partnerships between men and women.
