Chris is a Partner and the National Leader of MNP’s Forestry and Forest Products Services group. 

Drawing on more than 10 years, Chris has deep industry experience delivering business advice to logging contractors, value-added wood processors and other businesses linked to the forest industry.

Brent Tolmie, MBA, ICD.D, PMP (Senior Manager, Succession Services @MNP)
Brent brings deep experience in the forestry industry to his work with MNP. Born into a small business family, Brent grew up to operate a forestry business, learning how to build a balance sheet, be a good employer, &amp; navigate a wide range of business challenges. Brent’s family operated a forest license for nearly two decades.

As Senior Manager, Succession Services, Brent supports company transitions that create both value &amp; legacy for company owners. As past owner of small- and medium-sized companies, Brent excels at helping business owners successfully transition through the succession process.

Much of Brent’s mergers and acquisitions work has been in forestry, working with company owners on exit strategies.
