Why Astellas Pharma Uses Private Podcasting for Corporate Learning and More
Tech-enabled learning has become the norm not the exception. And while it has its many benefits - including efficiency and self-guided learning - it also comes with challenges. Written content in any form (and especially a formal curriculum) is hard to make compelling. However, more and more enterprises are using private audio and video podcasting to breathe life back into their corporate training curriculums.

Join Josh Williamson, Senior Technology Analyst at Astellas Pharma, as he explains why Astellas Pharma uses private podcasting for corporate learning and employee engagement. He will share insight into the types of learning content supported through podcasting and how he's scaled his podcast program to support multiple use cases and field sales organizations within Astellas.

About Josh: Josh Williamson joined Astellas Pharmaceuticals in May of 2015 as the Administrative Producer of Project LIVE! where he developed the Distance Learning strategy for virtual classroom training, reaching 12,800 individuals his first year. He is currently a Senior Technology Analyst that manages the Virtual Learning Program, directs A/V production, and manages current and future learning technologies for Commercial Learning and Development.
