Online Learning: Lessons from Innovative Pioneers that can Help All Students
Distance education has been with us for hundreds of years but the digital revolution has greatly accelerated its evolution and potential reach. In the last few years online learning has experienced significant growth and generated many questions about how the schools operate. CPICS is proud to have a number of innovative and thoughtful online schools as members and, like our brick-and-mortar members, they are anxious to share their stories and dispel myths.

The truth is that many young people cannot attend traditional schools and in the states where they are able, charter schools are providing choice and innovation in the online learning space.

BUT HERE’S THE THING: the lessons these folks are learning in their online classrooms have increasing relevance in the traditional ones where all our students are now “digital natives.” No one may know the future, but our webinar hosts—all educators working with students in the virtual space—are almost certainly writing the next chapter in the evolving history of education.

Join us for a deep dive into the practices and operations of CPICS member schools working in the “online space” in Rhode Island, Oregon, Minnesota and California.

Don’t miss this!
