Internationally recognized as a leader and expert in the amusement industry with over 50 years of experience, Dennis Speigel founded International Theme Park Services, Inc. (ITPS) in 1983. Dennis began his career in the amusement industry as a ticket taker at age 13, and this passion has blossomed into a lifelong calling. His vast experience in analyzing, developing, planning, designing, opening, and managing theme parks and attractions has made Dennis a sought-after speaker, consultant, teacher, and advisor. He is past Chairman of the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions (IAAPA), currently serves on its Advisory Board, and has been awarded not only its Meritorious Service Award, but also its Lifetime Achievement Award for his illustrious service to the industry. Dennis has led his longtime team in working on over 500 projects in 50 countries and prides himself on providing services that brings smiles to people’s faces.

Franceen Gonzales, builder of teams, strategic visionary, and advocate for the industry, has outstanding credentials as a former park operator, an experienced business developer, and recipient of multiple industry awards. As WhiteWater’s Chief Experience Officer (CXO), Franceen is working to deliver an exceptional experience for clients, partners, and team members across the enterprise. She formerly served as EVP in the Americas, helping her team and clients develop successful parks incorporating safety, effective operations, and innovative high-quality products. Previously, Franceen held top management positions at Great Wolf Resorts, Six Flags Great Adventure, Golfland Entertainment Centers Inc., and Wet ’N’ Wild Waterworld. Building winning teams and her strategies in risk-management, operations, sales, and business modeling have defined her success for 35+ years. As a prolific volunteer, Franceen focuses her free time on safety and the continued growth of the industry.
