Telepsychology and PSYPACT: Understanding Interstate Practice During the COVID-19 Crisis and into the Future
1 Hour of FREE CE credit will be available for SNS members

This presentation is designed for psychologists practicing at all levels of expertise with respect to clinical tele-health services.

Learning Objectives:
1. Participants will be able to identify ethical and legal issues involved with providing psychological services across jurisdictional borders.
2. Participants will be able to describe the ways in which governors’ executive orders have temporarily changed standing laws regarding interjurisdictional practice during the COVID-19 crisis.
3. Participants will be able to describe the status of PSYPACT with respect to participating states and upcoming dates of implementation.

This program is being offered as a collaborative project by the Sports Neuropsychology Society (SNS) and the Association of State and Provincial Psychology Boards (ASPPB)/Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact (PSYPACT). There are no conflicts of interest or sources of commercial support to disclose.

The Sports Neuropsychology Society is approved by the American Psychological Association to sponsor continuing education for psychologists. The Sports Neuropsychology Society maintains responsibility for this program and its content.
