Michelin starred Australian chef Sam Aisbett has been proudly showcasing Modern Australian cuisine in South East Asia for the last five years. With a passion for taking inspiration from his surroundings, Sam has successfully merged European, Australian and Asian flavours into timeless dishes that have received critical acclaim from his industry peers and critics. Sam was previously the chef/owner of Whitegrass restaurant in Singapore. Under Sam’s leadership, the restaurant had positioned itself as one of the leading fine dining establishments in Asia. In only a short space of time, the restaurant had received numerous accolades including Best New Restaurant, Restaurant of the Year, a coveted Michelin star and was included in the San Pellegrino’s Asia’s 50 best restaurant list.
