Nursing Homes: Quality Care & Quality of Life, Part 2
A follow up to Nursing Homes: Quality Care & Quality of Life (view it in the Archive section of https://aloaserves.org/webinars-2/). The second session will explore how family members and residents themselves can promote quality of care and quality of life in nursing homes. Alice Hedt, retired Long-Term Care Ombudsman for the State of Maryland and former Executive Director of the Coalition for Nursing Home Reform, will lead the webinar. Learn what to do to promote quality once your loved one is in a facility. Get resources and ideas so care can be person centered. Learn who can help you in the facility and outside of it if a resident experiences poor care. There will be opportunities to submit questions.

No charge, 60 minutes max.
