Holistic Science and STEM Safety Approaches with a Focus on New Teachers

Join internationally recognized presenters Dr. Ken Roy and Dr. Tyler Love. They will help you navigate the safety requirements and safer, legal, and professional standards for new teachers. This session will be 30 minutes of exploration across elementary, middle and high school programs.

Dr. Roy and Dr. Love will use recent data to help guide the conversation about the benefits of a formal safety training program and the added dimensions of using safety acknowledgment forms, performing safety inspections, reviewing your Chemical Hygiene Plan and Safety Manuals and how these work together cohesively to minimize liability and increase safety awareness.
