Strategic thinking for account managers in medical communications

In this webinar they discuss the importance of developing the skill of strategic thinking for those who are managing the client relationship on a day to day basis, some techniques to help you adopt strategic thinking where it is required and how this skill will help you feel more confident in your role and accelerate your career.
