"White Like Me" Film Screening & Networked Dialogue

This first-time networked LIVE online event features ministers and leaders from multiple New Thought centers around the U.S. Local groups will gather after Sunday services to view the film together, share their insights in a facilitated discussion, and then be connected to the live online event so that their minister can reflect the group’s views. Everyone is encouraged to attend a local event at a New Thought center IF there is a local screening in your area. To check for locations: (keep checking as new centers are added)

You can also register FREE for the online only portion of the event here. Please view the film on your own in advance of the online dialogue via YouTube:

“White Like Me,” by producer, Tim Wise, focuses on the politics of race and racism. Documenting the issues of white privilege and their psychological effects on societal norms, it aims to change the national discussion about race and racism so that current realities might more closely align with our cherished American principles.
