Mahkwuhoo (Guided Meditation) with Brian "BB" Melendez
This webinar is a tribal perspective for practical meditation. Mahkwuhoo (Guided Mediation) is Brian’s personal practice—no right-way-or-wrong-way—simple, but effective. Mahkwuhoo (literal translation “it’s already done”) is a Great Basin-esq meditation practice that uses the inner-voice to navigate inner light. Mahkwuhoo is both a guided meditation and silent meditation.
Mahkwuhoo, is highly practical, and active, for those who want to take-care-of-business before zoning-completely-out. Experience a functional-ritual for everyday living—without ethereal jargon—in a judgment-free, yet pragmatic setting. Please join us, as we strengthen our virtual wellness community! All are welcome!
