Members of the Armenian American community of South Florida are invited to join "A Conversation with Rep. Ted Deutch (D-FL) and Community Town Hall".
The program will begin with Armenian Relief Society South Florida "Sosseh" Chapter President Mary Andonian who will provide an update on ARS humanitarian relief efforts for victims and refugees of the Artsakh War at the international, national, and local level.
The program will then feature a discussion by FLArmenians.com Editor Taniel Koushakjian and Congressman Deutch on his work on the Congressional Armenian Caucus. A question and answer session with guests will follow.
Koushakjian will also provide an update and discuss the latest developments in Washington, DC, including ways the Armenian American Community of South Florida can help.
Congressman Ted Deutch (D-FL) represents Florida's 22nd Congressional District, which stretches from Ft. Lauderdale to Boca Raton, and west to Parkland. Deutch currently serves as the Chairman for the Subcommittee on the Middle East, North Africa, and International Terrorism on the House Foreign Affairs Committee, Chairman of the House Ethics Committee, and is a senior member of the House Judiciary Committee. He is one of three members on the Armenian Caucus from Florida.
