If you don’t keep the big picture in mind, you can end up making small daily decisions that don't line up with what you want for your life. A wellness vision gives you defined goal to work towards, and a clearer picture of what you need to do to reach that goal. A good wellness vision gives you a framework for coming up with steps to reach your goals, and helps to empower you and keep you motivated. In this talk, we will help you explore your values and your strengths, and help you create a wellness vision. We’ll use examples focused on nutrition, but you can apply this format to any wellness goal.
