As the broker in charge of a large business brokerage in Raleigh for five years, David Buboltz now runs east coast operations with The Deal Firm. He specializes in manufacturing, industrial supply, and health related businesses. David received a company-wide award in 2017 for Deal of the Year and helped build industry-leading business evaluation tools and business brokerage training manuals. David Buboltz is a Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) with the International Business Broker Association and licensed North Carolina Real Estate Broker. David also sits on the board of the Carolina Virginia Business Broker Association and is committed to the development and professionalization of the industry.
Sam Casey

Sam Casey comes to Viking Mergers with over 15 years of marketing, communication and business development experience across for profit and non-profit sectors. Sam will lead marketing efforts across the Viking organization supporting all offices. A former business owner as well, Sam ran his own digital marketing strategy firm for 7 years. He has helped countless businesses grow and scale their marketing efforts through award winning content and omni-channel strategy. His true passion is seeing entrepreneurs and teams grow across small businesses realize and achieve aggressive growth goals. He has presented at several leading digital marketing conferences on lean marketing growth.
Neal Isaacs

Neal Isaacs, MBA, CBI, CM&AP was the 2020 CVBBA President and has stayed active with the CVBBA board because he believes in the mission of the Association to connect and educate other business brokers. Neal also serves on multiple committees within the IBBA. He lives in the Raleigh market and is the managing partner of Raleigh VR Business Brokers office.
