Join Alexander Valley winemakers, local chefs, and our host moderator for six one-hour virtual tastings of premium wines from our unique Cabernet-driven appellation.
Explore the diversity of Alexander Valley through the eyes of 3 local chefs over a series of 6 virtual tastings, moderated by wine-writer, Sommelier, and graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Courtney Humiston. Each chef is challenged to course three varietals per episode and dive into the nuances of what makes the perfect pairing. Travel through the valley, from north to south, valley floor to mountain top, to discover how microclimate and winemaking style can affect each varietal. Our winemakers and hospitality specialists will be on the session to guide you on terroir differences and winemaking techniques and discuss the chef’s pairings.
