Life as a MedComms Freelancer
In this webinar, we'll be joined by some of the freelancers who subscribe to the MedComms Workbook. Specifically, they'll talk about their own journeys into MedComms and their current roles, the day-to-day working life of freelancers and some of the challenges they face. Questions from the audience will be welcomed.

More details about the MedComms Workbook can be found at

Confirmed guests: Emma Georgiou (freelance Account Director), Jane Mason (freelance Writer), Sarah Smith (freelance Writer) and Kathryn White (freelance Writer).

We'll aim to provide some useful insights and practical advice, for those who are already freelancing and, importantly, for those thinking about starting out sometime soon or anytime in the future.

The webinar is free of charge and all being well a recording will be posted afterwards at

Note we are allowing 60 minutes for the webinar but in practice we expect it to last about 40-45 minutes or so depending on how lively the discussion is!

MedComms Networking Webinars will be run every Wednesday at 12.00 midday UK time from 1 May. They will be free to all who wish to attend. Topics will range widely but the aim is always to be relevant to people working in and around MedComms, by which we mean medical communications, medical education and medical publishing, and anyone who wants to start. See for full details of upcoming events.
