March 2021 Henderson Water and Sewer Commission Meeting

This meeting may be conducted as a video teleconference meeting as allowed under KRS61.826. Any interruption in the video or audio broadcast at any location will result in the suspension of the meeting until the broadcast is restored. As a result of the state of emergency declared by the President of the United States and the Governor of Kentucky due to the global COVID-19 pandemic, and in accordance with recommended and mandated precautions related to COVID-19 and Opinion of the Attorney General 20-05, one or more members of the Water and Sewer Commission may participate via Zoom Webinar or similar video teleconferencing system, and the meeting will be broadcast to the public.

Due to the highly contagious nature of COVID-19, it may not be feasible for HWU to maintain recommended and mandated precautions while providing a central physical location for public viewing. Staff of the Commission will attend remotely, so that public attendance may be permitted at this meeting. The meeting will be broadcast on Zoom and on HWU’s Facebook page: https://fb.me/HendersonWaterUtility.

Members of the public wishing to address the Board or to comment on any item of business may attend, and if the number of persons in the meeting room exceeds recommended guidelines, one or more members of the Board may move to an adjacent room and continue in attendance by teleconference.
