Carmen Matthews is an Accessibility Specialist with the Texas Workforce Commission. Carmen works directly with agency staff who create digital content to ensure all content meets established accessibility standards. She also conducts classes and workshops on how to make content accessible. Carmen has been training and developing curriculum for the past 18 years, teaching a variety of topics to diverse audiences. She has a passion for learning, constant improvement, and iced tea.
