About Erica Silverglide:
After graduating with a BFA in Jewelry Design and Product Development from Savannah College of Art and Design, and a Graduate Gemology Degree from GIA, Erica Silverglide had spent the next decade gaining more experience in design, product development, engineering, and gemstone sourcing. This included managing production for several small jewelry stores in NYC, as a Designer at Alexis Bittar, Head Stone Buyer and Production Manager at Judith Ripka, and Product Manager & Engineer at David Yurman for their fine jewelry line. Erica then ventured out on her own as a gem and mineral educator and gemstone broker. GemologyGeek was born as a business run on the social media platform Instagram for designers, collectors, and private clients around the world.
