Model Emergency Housing Legislation. Protecting the Right to Housing during COVID-19.

The advent of COVID-19 made more urgent the need to enforce the right to housing. Building on the measures already in place, and to facilitate legislators and advocates to ensure the full application of the right to housing, the Open Society Justice Initiative with FEANTSA, The Shift, NUIG and others, developed a Draft Model Housing Act.
