Conducting Research in Applied Settings: It CAN be done!
Although the practice of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is rooted in a science-based foundation, many practitioners do not allocate time and resources to producing research from their clinical practice settings. This webinar will help provide practical research tips to help practitioners working in applied settings with adult populations and young children with autism. The primary goal is to encourage practitioners to reconsider some potentially inaccurate assumptions about the research process and to bridge the gap between service provision and the dissemination of behavior analysis through research, presentations, and publications.
