This monthly webinar series will explore all ten of the Basic Assurances® Factors, from Rights Protections and Promotion, to Basic Assurances® Systems. We will reveal how each factor and indicator is assessed by CQL reviewers during onsite visits, and how organizations can use this tool to measure and enhance quality. Each webinar will discuss best practices, aggregate data for each Basic Assurances® indicator, and support organizations to overcome challenges to bring their practices and systems into alignment.

Elizabeth has over 20 years of experience in supporting people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. She has worked in a variety of positions including direct support, case management and director with both small providers and several multi-state providers. Most recently, she served as Quality Enhancement Director, Project Manager and Quality Performance and Enhancement Coordinator for a multi-state provider. She has experience as a service provider in planning with Personal Outcome Measures®, education and training, leading Basic Assurances® reviews and analyzing and utilizing data to enhance quality of services. Elizabeth is especially passionate about rights protection and education. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Augustana College in Rock Island, Illinois.
