Alexandre L’Heureux

Alexandre L’Heureux is the President and Chief Executive Officer of WSP Global Inc., a leading professional services firm with approximately 49,000 employees and $8 billion in revenues, offering engineering, design and strategic advisory services to clients in various sectors. He joined the company as Chief Financial Officer in 2010 and held this role until transitioning to President and CEO in 2016. Alexandre’s vision and leadership have played a key role in the company’s global growth, with the completion of more than 50 acquisitions throughout his time at WSP. Before joining WSP, Alexandre was a Partner and Chief Financial Officer at Celtic Therapeutics L.L.L.P. Prior to that, he developed an extensive knowledge of the alternative investments industry as the Vice President of Operations at BISYS Hedge Fund Services (now known as Citibank - Hedge Fund Services).
Linda Darr
President and Chief Executive Officer @ACEC (American Council of Engineering Companies)
Ms. Darr is President/CEO of ACEC, joining the Council in August 2018. She came to the Council after serving as president of the American Short Line and Regional Railroad Assocation (2014-2018) and the American Moving & Storage Association (2007-2014). She also held senior positions from 2001 – 2007 with the American Bus Association, and from 1998-2000 served as Deputy Assistant Secretary for Budget and Programs at the U.S. Department of Transportation. She holds a Bachelor's of Science degree from the University of Maryland. Ms. Darr is a member of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce’s Committee of 100 Top Association Executives.
Rebecca Zofnass
Managing Partner @EFCG
Rebecca focuses on EFCG’s Financial and Strategic Consulting and valuations work, with expertise in post-merger integration, corporate and growth strategy, organizational design, marketing, and cost management. Prior to joining EFCG, Rebecca was a Manager at Bain & Company, a global management consulting firm, leading teams to advise Fortune 500 companies. Rebecca holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA with Honors from Harvard University. Rebecca lives in New York with her husband, Sean, and their golden retriever, Sassy.
