Richard Kolasa
Engineer @WL Plastics
Richard Kolasa is the Technical Sales Manager for WL Plastics. His responsibilities include providing technical sales, marketing, product development, and engineering support. He carries extensive knowledge and expertise in polymer compositions, rheology, additive compositions, product performance and failure analysis. He also contributes to industry organizations including policy, procedure for PPI, CSA, PE Alliance, AWWA, API, NSF, and ASTM. Richard is an avid fly fisherman and guide, Loves competitive sports and has participated in high levels of competitive sports, especially volleyball and hockey. And, yes he wants to create a North American wide, polyethylene dominated infrastructures for water and sewer piping systems.
Edward "Alan" Ambler
Mr. Ambler has 17 years of diversified experience in utility operations management, utility planning and engineering design, roadway and drainage design and construction management. While working for the City of Casselberry (FL) Alan managed the execution of utility projects using design build, construction manager at risk and traditional low bid. Alan has emerged as a national leader in trenchless technology methods and has become a national expert in understanding and applying the National Emissions Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants to asbestos cement pipe bursting. Alan is a frequent speaker across the US and is Past Chair of the AWWA Water Main Rehabilitation Committee.
