Nuggets of Wisdom: Getting Insights Without Drowning in Data
Decision-makers need reliable data in order to understand risk and determine the value of investments. With the amount of data available in a multinational company, one might assume that answers would be easy to formulate. But when it comes down to Cyber and Operational Risk, the search for reliable data that can support analysis often times becomes a tedious and unsustainable quest – watering down analytic outcomes and turning risk monitoring into a follow-up exercise.

Join Marta Palanques to hear how to build an effective security metrics program, how data can be leveraged to power your risk management framework and drive risk reduction, and potential stumbling blocks along the way.

Attendees will learn approaches to select meaningful and reliable metrics, considerations on the sustainable collection of key data points, and techniques to convey impactful results through the use of data.
