Development Open House Workshop: Learn About City Tools and Opportunities for Public- Private Partnerships: Revitalization Development

In this workshop, we will discuss public private partnership opportunities with the City of Grand Prairie promoting rehabilitation and redevelopment within the City and will highlight the tools available to revitalize properties and neighborhoods.

We will discuss the City of Grand Prairie’s efforts to promote rehabilitation of existing multifamily developments and to encourage the preservation of affordable units throughout the City. In this Open House, the City will outline its priority goals and present available tools to the development community. Owners of existing properties are encouraged to engage in open dialogue about possible tools and incentives for the preservation of existing affordable housing.
