She’s since left the corporate world, and is now an Ivy League trained coach who empowers her clients to reclaim their confidence and optimize the way they navigate change using mindfulness and mindset work. She infuses both her Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology and Education (with a concentration in Mind/Body Practice) and her mindfulness meditation training through the Open Heart Project into her teaching style.
