Under Mr. Bronfman’s leadership, Jamestown has grown its portfolio of assets in the US and expanded into Latin America and Europe. Mr. Bronfman has more than 25 years of experience in real estate and has led the acquisition, redevelopment, and oversight for projects including Chelsea Market in New York City, Ponce City Market in Atlanta, and Ghirardelli Square in San Francisco. He serves as President of the board of directors for the Jamestown Charitable Foundation, which supports non-profits to help make cities more enjoyable places to live and work. Mr. Bronfman graduated Phi Beta Kappa and summa cum laude from Tufts University in Boston and attended law school at Northwestern University in Evanston, IL, graduating magna cum laude. Dr. Peter Linneman (Principal and Founder @Linneman Associates) For nearly four decades, Dr. Peter Linneman has been a critical influence in driving the professionalization of real estate capital markets and the commercial real estate industry. Maria Saporta (Journalist and Founder @SaportaReport) Maria Saporta is a celebrated journalist and the founder of the SaportaReport, which provides daily updates on local business, urban and civic issues focusing on metro Atlanta, Georgia and beyond. Maria began her career as a journalist with the Macon Telegraph, followed by more than two decades with the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. A former president of the Atlanta Press Club, Maria has also written for the Atlanta Business Chronicle and Atlanta Magazine, and has been featured as a weekly contributor on WABE/90.1FM. In January 2019, Maria was inducted into Georgia Trend’s Hall of Fame. She also was inducted into the Georgia State University Business Hall of Fame in 2012 and received the Atlanta Business League 2013 CEO Award for Vision of Excellence. Ms. Saporta has a Masters’ degree in urban studies from Georgia State University and holds a bachelor's degree in journalism from Boston University.
