Mosser, Director of the MPA Program in Economic Policy Management at Columbia University’s SIPA, and former head of the Research and Analysis Center at the Office of Financial Research, U.S. Treasury Department, that will address whether the Federal Reserve’s efforts to bolster the economy during the coronavirus pandemic, including new emergency lending programs, are working or not and what more officials may need do in the months ahead to shore up the economy.
