Sophie Gibb (Marketing Communications Coordinator @Surfachem)
After studying Business Management at Newcastle University and undertaking an industrial placement year as a Communications and Press Assistant at Nissan Motors, Sophie joined Surfachem in 2019. In her current position as Marketing Communications Coordinator, Sophie is responsible for market research, content development and external communications for Surfachem UK and international subsidiaries. She is also currently working towards attaining her SCS Diploma in Cosmetic Science, which is set to finish in September 2021.

Natalie Hutchinson (Fragrance Manager @Surfachem)
In her current position, representing the largest Fragrance House in the world, as Fragrance Manager for Givaudan at Surfachem, she works closely with the Givaudan team to deliver prescriptive, emotive and technical solutions in fragrance to the Surfachem customer base. When not in direct conversation with customers, you can often find Natalie working on really visual market trend presentations to inspire the next NPD ideas for Surfachem customers, briefing the perfumers on the newest Surfachem trend or being ‘the nose’ and evaluating customer fragrance submissions!

Dr. Elisabeth Dufton (Brand Manager @Surfachem)
As a Brand Manager at Surfachem, Elisabeth takes on market trends from across multiple disciplines, and pairs it with the latest scientific thinking, both inside and outside Personal Care, to help develop the next generation of insights and NPD for the Personal Care industry. Elisabeth strives to make changes for Sustainability in the Personal Care industry, and to stop misinformation to the consumer.
