Hot Topics--HealthCaring Conversations: Engaging Patients to Improve Oral Health
Motivating patients to improve their oral health goes beyond product recommendations. It’s about motivating behavior change and the science behind it.

“HealthCaring Conversations” was developed by Johnson & Johnson® with collaboration from the American Dental Hygienists Association to support dental professionals in motivating patients to achieve their oral health goals. Grounded in behavioral science, HealthCaring Conversations is based on insights from thousands of consumers and dental professionals worldwide. This session will provide dental professionals, students, and educators with a comprehensive framework of personalized tools and techniques that are designed to help bridge the gap between uncovering patient goals and improving patient outcomes. Better oral health starts with enhancing the conversation – healthcaring conversations.

Following the Webinar, you will be provided with a FREE HealthCaring Conversations Toolkit*, which includes specially-designed tools for driving better at-home routines and complimentary Listerine product. You will also receive a Certificate of Achievement endorsed by the American Dental Hygienists Association and Johnson & Johnson® to recognize your new skills.

*Participants must opt-in to receive FREE HealthCaring Conversations Toolkit at the time of Registration

Learning objectives:
