Then continued to build experience by joining a couple of brand agencies such as Bates, Publicis and DDB as the Group Account Director. Entered the corporate life, as the Manager-Head of Internal Relations, Corporate Communications at Astra, determined to strengthen the corporate values across the gouger and make an impact in the world of brand communications. Now with bigger tasks, he roles as General Manager-Head of Corporate Communications at Astra. Felicia brings over 2 decades’ experience in a career that spans consumer and market analysis, business development and training to head the Monitoring & Analytics division of Maverick. She first worked as an analyst with Australia’s largest market research company, Roy Morgan Research, in Melbourne, Australia in 1995. She continued as a market and business analyst at Geospend (a division of Australia Post). After spending 15 years in Australia, Felicia returned to Indonesia in 2003, where she joined Roy Morgan Research Indonesia and was appointed General Manager soon after. In 2006, Felicia joined Tirian International, an international organizational learning and development company, where she was in charge of Business Development. With a diverse career track behind her, Felicia joined Maverick in 2011 and since 2014 has been heading Maverick’s Monitoring & Analytics department. Her success and expertise give her unique experience and perspective making her a tireless advocate of tying communication efforts to business results.
