Green Finance has been steadily gathering pace in recent years, and as economies look towards pandemic recovery, this evolution is expected to accelerate with a focus on ‘building back better’. Singapore, being ASEAN’s largest green finance market, aims to be a hub for green finance in the region by taking active steps to promote sustainable financing in our financial sector.
Find out how the public sector and finance industry are thinking about sustainability and promoting the development of the country as the leading centre for Green Finance in Asia and globally, as well as the role of technology in this Green Finance movement.
The session will also feature the launch of the Global FinTech Hackcelerator 2021, a competition returning for its 6th edition, that seeks to apply innovative market-ready solutions to address real industry needs, with a focus this year on how we can harness the power of FinTech for a greener future.
